  Roles and Responsibilities:
  
• Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
• Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.
• Managing the assets of the company and its partners.
• Working with CPA for Tax Filings.
• Property Tax Protest.
• Quarterly Cash Flow Distributions.
• Transaction Coordination.
• Maintain and update the sales/purchase Trackers.
• Coordinate with various legal vehicles to obtain Real Estate information and inputs required for approvals of their Real Estate Transactions.
• Co-ordinate with City Staff, Stakeholders & Vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Multitasker with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Taxation/Excel skills is desired.
• MBA/B.Com degree in Accounting, Finance and Taxation.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Very Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Experience in US Real Estate will be an advantage.
• Experience in night shift (US Timing).
• Keen attention to details.
