  • Identifying the store level customer experience and Training Interventions.
  • Multiple aspect Monitoring & Auditing.
  • Soft Skill training.
  • Inducting the new Hires.
  • Implementation of Skill & Product Workshops.
  • Monitoring the Campus Hires.
  • Monitor the progress of participants; devise individual/departmental learning plans and recommend solutions on performance and potential areas of learning.
  • Implement Pre and Post assessment tools to track and measure learning effectiveness.
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
  • Implement Assessment centre.
