Job responsibilites:-
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Sales Force Automation/CLM tool, tailored specifically to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to define and refine the requirements for the SFA/CLM tool.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the SFA/CLM tool, aligning it with business objectives and sales team needs.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives and other users to maximize adoption and utilization of the SFA/CLM tool.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SFA/CLM tool, implementing best practices and data governance protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to SFA/CLM tools in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives related to the SFA/CLM tool, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, to support training and knowledge sharing. Manages Request, Escalations and provide inputs as needed
