What you’ll achieve

The Hardware Asset Management Advisor will support the day-to-day activities of a cross-functional team to deliver ITAM Services for one or more Dell Managed Services customers. The role will require prior experience in IT Asset Management – ITAM and the functions that support asset lifecycle management. The responsibilities of this customer facing position include:

• Identify areas for ITAM to add value and ROI
• Effective communication with the goal of maximizing Customer Experience
• Ensure that the delivery of the asset management service meets all requirements
• Ensure the accurate collection, storage, and maintenance of data on all in-scope devices in the asset repository
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of asset data

Essential Requirements

• 9+ years of IT experience out of which 6+ years related to Hardware IT Asset Management, with a bachelor’s / Master’s degree
• Experience working on Industry leading ITAM tools such as Eracent, Flexera, ServiceNow etc.
• Advanced experience using MS Excel, Access, SQL and similar tools
• The ability to effectively analyse data, communicate and collaborate across organizational levels and teams
• Open to work in night shifts (US working hours)

Desirable Requirements

• IAITAM certifications: Certified Hardware Asset Manager - CHAMP, Certified IT Asset Manager – CITAM
