Good Knowledge in technicality of Digital Marketing, Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for the company and coordinating with the agency. Keep company website updated and manages e-commerce backend. Handling e-commerce business from company website and AMAZON.COM. Enhancing the companys brand reputation in digital media. Ensure regular internal and external communication with employees, customers and media. Can handle Department independently, ready to take leadership.

Job Description / Responsibility -

• Create and manage campaign for-

1. Search Ads

2. Display Ads

3. Remarketing Ads

4. Social Media Ads

5. Product Listing Ads

6. Product Catalogue Ads

7. Email Marketing

8. SMS Marketing

9. YouTube Marketing

10. WhatsApp Marketing

• Create New and Innovative content for social media and manage its organic and inorganic promotion.
• Keyword analysis for SEO.
• Create / Modify content and page on website depending on needs and marketing strategy.
• Handle AMAZON account of Sharangdhar.

1. Stock Management.

2. Promotions.

3. Sales Report.

4. Customer Relations.

• Listing of Sharangdhar Products on all major and health related ecommerce market places and managing respective accounts.
• Keeping good rapport with courier partners and difficulties / problems in courier network.
• Back linking for SEO and getting content like blogs etc. for the same from respective team members.
• Handling of overseas orders

1. Communicate with customer regarding product price and shipping

2. Complete document part

3. Dispatch and Track order

4. Submit client feedback to management

• Forward customer email queries to concern department take solution from department communicate to customer.
• This is start up like environment to closely work with other team members and handle any other responsibility as and when needed.
