Job Details
  • Provide direction and control to personnel within the department
  • Establish functional quality objectives
  • Ensure competence of personnel as per competency matrix, and review performance every six months
  • Handle and resolve patient complaints
  • To make nutritional assessment of patients in consultation with the consultants and supply food accordingly.
  • Ensure conformity with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Identify and control non-conforming service implement corrective action
  • Analyze data
  • Training of staff.
  • Conduct classes and training session regularly update on nutritional information and latest developments in the field of nutrition.
  • Review customer complaints & interact with service incharge, production incharge & dietician to find out the root cause and initiate necessary corrective action and preventive action.
  • To obtain feedback from customers (random sampling) & evaluate departments performance
  • Menu planning (patients)

Ensure that hygiene & cleanliness is maintained throughout the department and also at different food distribution points
