Senior Customer Service Representative
Calling and listening to customers questions and concerns, and providing answers or responses (100 to 150 call need to do per day).
Provide information about products and services
Review or make changes to customer requirements
Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, Whatsapp, SMS, Birthday & Anniversary greetings
Handling Social Media Platform Facebook / Instagram /Google Review
Generate Reference through Customer Contact.
Should have confidence to promote Brand through calling and listing services.
Participate in Jewellery Exhibition, customer calling, DSR filled up, explain EMI schemes etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A Senior Customer Service Representative would be a Team Leader who can handle a team of two or three and perform the role of Public Relation Officer (PRO)
Candidates should be smart, presentable, proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word. Powerpoint). Must have a modern mindset, open to travel within the city, ability to organize, Multi-task and work under pressure, willing to work on Sunday during our scheduled Jewellery Exhibition. Communication skills required to be very good and effective in Hindi / English / Bengali.
Requirement: Female candidate preferred from south and central kolkata
experienced from BPO/ Retail/ Jewellery Industry
Experience: Minimum 5 yrs of experience
