Roles and Responsibilities

Expertise level of Construction drawings and method statements.
Must have experience on daily, weekly, monthly reports on operations undertaken by contractors and submission to superior authorities.
Need to take care of client arrangement & proper inspections at regular
Analysis of Reports, Maps, Drawings, Layouts, Blueprints, Aerial Photographs, Survey to plan projects with Geological data.
Co- Ordination with sub contractors and suppliers work progress.
Preparation of work planning schedule, Material request, Cost Control and documentation.
Providing support in bid preparation and the work finishing process in addition to own and approval activities.
Oversee of work activities Viz; Planning and Developing work plans, Co- Ordinate with Subcontractors and Clients.
Manage the workload, technical of big team.
Accessing in identifying potential civil opportunities, Assist and lead in the development of proposal to support opportunities.
Proficient level in Ms Excel and AutoCAD Designing.
Ability to make decisions on key technical issues related to constructions in a demanding level.
Expertise in lead and mentor other team members including entry level professionals.
Assisting with Project Managers with developing scope, scheduling, budgeting and help development related to projects.
Oversee quality control, health and safety measures on site.
Checking of plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
