Senior Business Executive

Role & responsibilities:

(A) Team Leader Database Management & Reports:

1) Creation of daily, weekly & monthly performance & achievements reports.

2) TL-Store mapping coordination with BSE & updating master data.

3) Creation & maintenance of dashboards basis on requirement of management.

4) Maintaining state TL grading & certification records & work on continues improvement.

(B) Team Leader Service:

1) Schemes & policy communication to the sales team on regular basis.

2) Tracking growth, degrowth at micro level and act as a councilor for the TL communication of company's direction & objective to respective sales team.

3) Maintaining the smooth flow of day to day operations, collection of market insights & brainstorming.

(C) Execution of TL Projects & Engagement Activities:

1) Ongoing project follow up & data creation.

2) Summarizing the key challenges.

3) Regularly connecting with the TL'S to ensure their participation in maximum training & marketing tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Strong in communication with a fluency in English.

2) Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.

3) Minimum of 1 Year of experience in Database management & handling team.

4) Ability to diagnose the issues & resolve conflicts.

5) Adhering to the company's procedures.

6) Quick learner & business understanding.
