The future of our business is compelling and as we scale in terms of the quantum of selling partners showing their interest in Amazon the need for success through self-enablement education is greater than ever before.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in liaising with multiple stakeholders within and outside the team to scale and drive adoption towards training programs. The person would need to understand and identify the target learner profile, work on diverse data bases, develop content to meet learner needs and finally drive training specific marketing initiatives to create awareness and drive maximum adoption. In addition, the person would need to create robust mechanisms to solicit feedback for every program and subsequently work with relevant stakeholders to drive incremental value in education programs through the findings.

Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other learning experience designers to identify learning goals and learning outcomes.
• Utilize language skills to translate and localize content across English and Hindi.
• Pursue a deep understanding of learner roles to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs of learners.
• Maintain knowledge of new developments in learning science, learning design, and learning technologies.
• Adapt, update, and review content based on audience.
• Host content in LMS and Content Management systems
• Ensure KPI's are published and reviewed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviors / processes that could impact on data integrity

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field.
· Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles.
· Experience working as a member of a team to collaborate with subject matter experts to design curriculum for online instruction.
· Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results.
· Experience working in a cross-functional team.
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel
· Exposure to Learning Management Systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate degree in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field.
· 2+ years’ experience designing online instructional activities to support adult learners.
· Experience in working on multiple projects with vendors.
· Experience using learning data to inform continuous improvement
