Senior Associate BIM

Job Role: Sr. Associate BIM/CAD/UAV (Architecture)

Location: Hexagon Geosystems Services Bangalore, India

Role Description:

We are looking for energetic individuals who can create and execute 2D architectural plans and 3D Building Information Models from 3D Point Cloud (Lidar) data. The level of detail and deliverable requirements will vary depending upon client requirements. To be qualified for this role, you should be a team player, detail-oriented and above all enjoy working in CAD.

Tasks and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• In-depth knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and SCAN TO BIM are must.
• Hands on experience and well verse with the current available BIM and Point cloud modelling software's in the market.
• Knowledge of drawing conventions, symbols and abbreviations commonly used in BIM.
• Good Understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP Technicality.
• Hands on experience using Point cloud in Revit. Preferably, Native Autodesk point clouds.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Cloudworx for AutoCAD and Revit respectively.
• Required to produce data with accepted quality level and within the period.

Candidate Profile:

• 1-5 years of work experience or specialized training in Autodesk software products, primarily Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and architectural drawings.
• Strong communication skills, Team player, creative thinker with the ability to multitask.
• Preferred understanding of construction and construction practices
