Senior Accountant

He should have experience of dealing with Dealers/ Wholesalers for accounts Payable , account receivable queries and grievance redressal.

Senior accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records/financial statements/accounts receivable/accounts payable/invoice processing/petty cash/cash management/cash book/cash budget and attendance records maintenance.

Highly organized, hands-on, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office /MS Word/MS PowerPoint and familiarity with relevant computer software (Tally).

Submission of monthly stock statements and other reports to banks.

Applicant must not be pursuing any degree or course after join the company in order to achieve work consistency and continues growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hands on knowledge of bank related issues, taxation, overall management operations etc.

Reliable and punctual Dynamic and versatile personality.

Calculation of GST and preparing GST for payment and return.

Scrutinize Supplier and Customer's Ledgers and Confirmation from supplier / customer.

Should have good working knowledge of accounts and GST.

Performing payment follow-up on regular basis from client.
