Job Title- Paper Evaluator/Setter/Reviewer/Counselor

Employer- Prepca Eduserv Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification- CA/Semi Qualified CA

CTC- Up to 3.6 LPA + Incentives

CTC Breakage- Basic Pay up 3.6 LPA + Incentives depending on interview performance and experience.

Industry- Education

Week off- will be on Weekday as per your team/Process

Note-

• There will be 2 rounds of interviews.

1st round of interview will be on-call.

2nd round will be face to face (Or on call).

• Work from Office.

Job Description-

1. Evaluating CA examination papers of Final, Intermediate, Foundation.

2. Proofreading question papers and Suggested Answer Sheets

3. Managing general operations

4. Counselling of Students for where they are lacking

5. Doubt solving of students

6. Paper Setting and Reviewing

7. Engaging in one-to-one counseling

8. Mentoring/counseling students and guiding them for preparing well for CA-related exams.

Critical Skills and Abilities-

1. Leadership Quality

2. Liaison with Client

3. Must be a Good Team Player

4. Strategically correct

5. Must be a Good Communicator

Note-

1. Candidate should know fluent spoken English.

2. Minimum 1-year commitment is required.
