simsim is a growing organization that YouTube recently acquired, a video-first e-commerce platform that connects promoters and manufacturers with creators and consumers. simsim uses a unique combination of content and commerce to help customers discover the right products for themselves.
As the Seller Acquisition Lead, you will have the responsibility to grow simsim’s promoter base through acquisition of large, relevant, and impactful promoters. You will be working with third-party vendors to acquire promoters and manage them for an initial 90-day period till they reach a certain business scale on simsim. You will also help the leadership team build business plans, deliver industry insights and best practices, and identify new opportunities to improve the customer base and business.

Responsibilities
- Own simsim’s promoter expansion goals and business growth through new promoters.
- Own initial engagement and activation of acquired promoters through a 90-day time-bound account management.
- Work with category teams to build and execute plans that enable category-specific business growth through new promoter acquisition.
- Work with third-party vendors to set up, hire, train, and manage a regional sales team.
- Work with promoter experience team to build programs, policies, and processes to improve promoters’ acquisition and onboarding experience.
