Ideate, Design & Execute sales transformation program focusing on growing strategic accounts across Group
• Develop market strategies through innovative ideation and research methodologies
• Identify relevant Capgemini solutions to be positioned based on client’s business priorities
• Work with the various units to drive cross-functional sales initiatives
• Drive cross-functional sales initiatives across multiple business units
• Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information for sales transformation
Primary Skills
• Build governance mechanism for portfolio performance and key performance indicators
• Ability to create proactive and relevant pitch and conversation openers for stakeholders
• Prior experience in client facing roles (Sales / Consulting) preferred
• Cross cultural / multi geography exposure preferred.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, great attitude and team player
• Prior Delivery/Account Management (or mix of both) activities preferred
Secondary Skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills
• Ability to lead, run consultative workshops
• Willing to travel as required
