Sales Process Coach

The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Process Coach to join our Regional Sales Organization to drive adoption and engagement of sales processes and tools in the commercial organization, in support of delivering annual financial goals. Reporting into the Regional Vice President with a dotted line into the Sr. Program Manager Sales Process Coach, working cross functionally with the Sales Operations team. ​

  • Commercial Sales Leadership (B2B) professional within the technology industry combined with solid Program Management skills
  • Demonstrated executive communication skills and comfortable reporting up through the organization on all aspects of global sales’ proficiency related to our tool and process investment
  • Proactive and execution focused
  • Actions and results oriented with the ability to make decisions quickly
  • Strong problem structuring and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage a high degree of complexity
  • Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills to drive business results
  • Ability to build trust, relationships and influence team members to ensure delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for translating all commercial strategic initiatives into practical delivery with the regional sales organization
  • Support the Global Sr. Program Manager with the delivery of the CRM programs, Sales Play Systems, Sales Methodology, Account Planning management and other strategic sales processes
  • Responsible for building, documenting and delivering practical CRM training that supports the ongoing skill and capability growth of our front-line managers, Business Development Executives (BDEs) and sales representatives in your region
  • Facilitate “train the trainer” programs within the regional sales organization to build a manager development program via a training rotation role 6-month term (Potential leadership candidates will be identified amongst the existing sales team to train peers as a step toward a management)
  • Cross-functional support role with the Sales Operations team to act as the Voice of Sales into the tools team
  • Report up and out on the evolution of the sales organization's proficiency related to our tool and process investment

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in Technology Sales Operations Leadership in commercial B2B environment
  • Deep user experience with sales technology (CRM, SFDC, sales tools/systems, etc.), methodologies, play systems and processes
  • Demonstration of operational and training capabilities across global sales teams
  • Demonstrated experience driving projects to completion on time and budget (PMP preferred)
  • High level of proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and in data manipulation, analysis and presentation

Academic Credentials:

Undergraduate degree, PMP desirable
