Sales Officer / Sales executive / Field Sales / Corporate Sales / Sales Associate

The position holder is responsible to achieve daily / monthly sales productivity targets by providing the finance solutions to the customers for buying consumer durable products on easy EMIs. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for checking the customer’s eligibility for loan and following documentation process. In addition to this, he/she will be distributing the company’s marketing material in the given area to increase footfall in the stores.

Job Profile:

1. Managing point of sales (Dealer point)
2. Follow the Home Credit Sales process
3. Achieving Sales Target
4. Represent the Home Credit Brand
5. Dealing with customer
6. Briefing product and convince customer for loan from Home Credit
7. Assessing customer Quality
8. Handling customer query and complaint
9. Processing loan application (On line), checking documents

Job Responsibilities:
1. Represent the Home Credit brand at assigned Point of sale and develop the relationship with Dealer
2. Inform about the finance options to the walk-in customers
3. Collect & submit information / documents as per the loan process.
4. Checking eligibility of the interested customers.
5. Follow-up with the interested customers to complete the process.
6. Distribution of marketing material in the vicinity to increase footfall in the store.Handling customer query and complaint
7. Ensuring right selection and assessment of customers.

1. Intermediate / Graduate pass mandatory
2. Basic English proficiency
3. Basic Mathematical ability like simple calculations

1. Typing Test: Minimum 15WPM & 80% Accuracy
2. Aptitude Test: Objective type questions (Basic Mathamatics & Reasoning)

4. Sales Head Interview
