Sales & Marketing Manager

Job description

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. Were looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. Sales & Marketing manager responsibilities include talking to clients and understanding their requirements, sharing the quote for the requirements obtained and closing deals. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Talk to leads obtained from various online channels and gather their requirements
• Take over end to end communication for a client and assist them through their entire journey
• Learn about the various materials and processes used by us and help the clients understand about the same
• Proactively follow-up with contacted clients and arrange visits to office
• Conduct marketing campaigns to drive clients to the office
• Effectively manage a marketing team

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• Female candidates are preferred
• Candidates with experience of 2 - 5 years in construction/real estate field are preferred
• Should have fluency in Kannada (Mandatory)
• Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills
• Immediate Joiners prefferred
