Sales Manager/Adviser Fresher's job

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales advisor's to provide and assist to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale. You will be responsible for lead management a variety of duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers.

An excellent sales advisor must be energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire thorough knowledge of the companys products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm.

The goal is to facilitate sales in possible ways to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Approaching and receiving customers, also offering them advice on Villa Purchase.
• Deal with Objections in a patient and helpful manner.
• Go the extra mile to meet targets and thinking out of the box.
• Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer Clarifications.
• Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as Team lead, sales Manager/advisor or other customer service/sales role
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
• Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints
• Professionalism and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking ability and consultative sales skills.
• Proven experience working as a sales manager/advisor.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• The ability to work on weekends, Public Holidays (Manditory).
