Roles and Responsibilities
Job Role:
Candidates should be Graduate (B.E./ B-Tech/B.Com/B.Sc) from a reputed institution with at least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in sales and marketing domain. Candidate should be having team handling experience. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and coordinating with dealers and distributors of Institutional Lubricants.
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customers interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth
Job Responsibilities:
- Development of dealers and distributors for industrial lubricants.
- Act as liaison between manufacturer and dealership and monitor dealer performance in areas of sales and customer experience.
- Review and recommend markets, prospects and site selection for dealer development.
- Sale of lubricants through dealer and distributor channel.
- Industrial Sales / OEM / Auto Ancillaries
- Selling of Industrial lubricant, machinery lubricant& develop new clients.
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
- Implementing product strategy / new launches, deciding customer-product pricing & accurate product positioning, Understanding customer needs.
- Conducting product trials wherever necessary.
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Competitor analysis.
- Managing and controlling outstanding receivables from the channels as per norms of organization.
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Training dealers on how to setup to sell products and represent the brands image.
Experience:
- Candidate who has hands on experience in lubricant sales only they can apply.
- Strong sales & technical experience in selling Specialty Chemicals to specialty/industrial lubricants
- Good understanding of Lubes / metal working fluids for multiple domains.Good verbal & written communication skills.Experience in Distribution business.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Qualification:
BE/B-Tech/B.Com/B.Sc in any discipline
3-5 Year of Experience in Auto/Industrial Lubricant segment
