Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
• Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should have worked in the Travel Industry and should have met and done business with Travel Agents and Tour Operators in the respective Market
• Sales experience in Travel Vertical and engaging with Travel Agents/Tour Operators/networks in his Region is a Must.
• Signed more Tour Operators in his region / Client Account Management experience for better volume and value of Transaction
• Driven by Data Analytics / Should be a Tech-Savvy / Achieving Target every month are the mandatory requirements
• Client Account Management experience for better volume and value of Transaction is a Must
• Excellent track record on Yield & its Analytical Growth Management is a Must
• The person should have a strong Lead Generation from BTL Activities (Below the Line Activities)
• He should conduct regular BTL Activities in Apartment Complex / Malls etc
