Sales Executive/Sales Consultant Fresher's job

• To be first point of contact between customer and organization.
• To convert showroom footfalls into customer by understanding their needs and guiding them to the most suitable car.
• To understand product features, USPs and demonstrate vehicle using 6 position walk around to customers.
• Assist potential customers for Test Drive.
• Update every lead and customer and their information into the database.
• Negotiate sales closure in a clear / concise and highly ethical approach with customers.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle, accessories, financing options-process, and promotion activities.
• To facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operations, warranty and servicing requirements.
• To generate customer leads from open market such as campaigns & promotional events.
• Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the manufacturers.
• Regular review of sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.
• To collaborate with team members on achieving targets.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly report to sales manager on achievements.
