Beyond Solar has been practicing green energy options for last 15+ years, with having presence in USA, China & India, we are expanding our team to escalate addressing our customary needs and providing world class quality green energy solutions.

We are looking forward to hire a team of exceptional Inside Sales Representative/Sales Executives/Account Executives/Business Development Executives, who will be responsible, expanding the range of Beyond Solar's products (solar & lighting solutions) and services to existing as well as new prospect customers in building relationships in order to sell Beyond Solar's products and services and reach internal sales goals. The position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years or more experience into Sales Roles, especially in USA/International market
  • Sales experience could be anything ranging from selling products, services, solutions etc.
  • Cold Calling, Warm Calling, Inside Sales Calling, Business Development Calling
  • Selling, promoting Beyond Solar's solar energy, lighting products & solutions services
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment
  • Demonstrated capacity to think outside the box, communicate and motivate customers on the companys products, programs and new ideas
  • Must have good computer skills, especially with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point
  • Must have ability to use internet for searching / finding information using Google
  • Excelling Communication Skills, spoken English is MUST, American Accent will be preferred
  • Candidates with Energy, Lighting, Solar Energy & Electricity related products sales experience will be preferred
  • US SHIFT / INDIA NIGHT SHIFT Only
  • NO DAY SHIFT & NO WORK FROM HOME

  • Pick-up and drop will be provided by the Company to ensure staff safety
  • Candidates who are in Vadodara will be preferred
  • Candidates who are not in Vadodara but willing to migrate to Vadodara, then the Company will provide accommodation, provided the Candidates are willing to join in 15 to 30 days
