Job Details

Generate new business inquiries by interfacing with potential customers in person and over the phone to sell, upsell, and promote properties and services offered, and answer future business inquiries.

Identify prospective buyers, identify the property, set up the meeting, explain the project in detail, invite to see the site, coordinate with the management to close the deals.

End to End Ownership -Attend to customer inquiries/ issues, handle all aspects of sales and marketing, Source potential customers and build new businesses, prepare of advertisements, promotional materials, and conduct market research, Implement effective sales.

Maintain the relevant documents and database of Buyers/Clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High levels of passion and ownership
  • Good selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects
  • Good in English and local languages.
