• Building relationship with client and generating Leads for Share Market and Forex Trading
• Calling potential customers to inform them about Forex markets ,Crypto and financial products
• Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Background in Share Market / Forex, Brokerage, Sales and banking finance.
• Assisting clients in a friendly, helpful manner through telephone and email.
• Educating clients about the companys platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures.
• Generate more leads from the existing database
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
