The Sales Coordinator and Tele Caller will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and making outbound calls to customers or clients. This position will require the individual to act as a link between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met and that customer queries are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the sales team and providing administrative support to ensure that sales targets are met
• Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients and introducing them to products or services
• Responding to customer queries and providing them with information about products and services
• Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation
• Following up with customers or clients to ensure that their needs have been met and that they are satisfied with the products or services provided
• Maintaining customer databases and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call targets
• Generating reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that sales processes run smoothly
• Maintaining records of all calls made and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a sales coordination or tele-calling role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
