The Sales Coordinator and Tele Caller will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and making outbound calls to customers or clients. This position will require the individual to act as a link between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met and that customer queries are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the sales team and providing administrative support to ensure that sales targets are met

  • Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation

  • Maintaining customer databases and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call targets
  • Generating reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that sales processes run smoothly
  • Maintaining records of all calls made and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
