Channel Sales-Team management

• Ultimate Support to RM achieve Segment Target.
• Outstanding payment follow-up.
• Maintaining Daily Sales Report/MIS/Tour Plan/Sales Projection.
• Stock Updating Distributor & Dealer.
• Updating and Circulation of Price list to Channel group thru HOD
• Distribution of Scheme to Distributor thru HOD
• Monitoring Distributor and Field Team Performance
• Preparing Presentation based on Requirement.
• Market intelligence / price comparison with competitor.
• Target qty, new appointment, dealer, (Team Target- Primary & Secondary).
• Follow-up with RM for BTL activities / 5 Elements.
• Information Query from customer, dealer and distributor.
• Appointments for new business lead.
• Customer Satisfaction.
• Updating Team with New Prices, Information Sharing with Customer related to prices Hike/Reduction thru HOD
• Business promotional activities i.e scheme, POP etc.
• Compiling and Reporting: DSR / Weekly Report/ Monthly report/ NBD
