Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods, Organizing way bills and follow-up of C forms,
Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on SAP).
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc
Meets with clients in the absence of the Director of Sales or Sales Managers to effectively and professionally convey details of the sale to the client.
Daily submission of Sales MIS, logistic support activities, should be able to do and organize tele sales, redressal of customer complaints, procurement and distribution of promotional materials, scrutiny and clearance of orders placed by customers including credit checking etc.
Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective.
Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
