Roles and Responsibilities

Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on Systems).

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc

Coordinate with sales team and clients

Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective.

Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.

Responsible to Co-ordinate with ASM for day-to-day operations Responsible to make the sales order, sending quotation to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and word to create proposals and presentations to customers.

Must have strong tele sales skills and have ability to build interpersonal skills.

Good English Communication Skill (Written and Oral)

Communication Skill, Negotiation, Confident, Planning & Coordination,CRM ,ERP knowledge,Good in Excel /Word

Will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, fixing demo appointments & audience generation to support the sales teams.

Practical Experience, Smart Working, Positive Attitude and English Proficiency will be valued more than any other criteria Graduate preferably with the management qualification.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and consistently meets deadlines.
