Sales/Business Development Manager

Cynet Systems is looking to fill the position ofSales and BD Support Executive for our NOIDA / DEHRADUNoffice location for ourUS Staffing Operations.

Candidate should be Working closely with the sales head on proposals and pitches for business.

Identifying new prospective clients & focus on the closure of deals.

Experience in cold calling to potential clients to generate leads.

Prior experience in researching, composing and delivering responses to RFI, RFQ & RFP's. Put together the RFPs and RFIs that are written systematically with Graphics and Designs.

Interacting with clients to understand preferences and RFP requirements and apply that knowledge to the response and prospective customer communications.

Track RFP releases and keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive communication; share knowledge and apply to strategy

Follow-up with clients on outcome of submitted proposals and report status of proposals

Measuring market risk like growing competition.

Research and Manage key sales data to track activity and manage lead generation and nurturing activities.

Ensuring that all work adheres to defined Quality standards

Other Skills:

Should have prior experience in client acquisition & closure of deals of at least 5 years.

Experience working with SalesForce, ZoonInfo, B2B Sales Tools etc.

Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Should possess knowledge and hands on experience with MS-Office, should be good at creating reports and matrices.

Job Requirements :

Min. 3 yrs of experience in "US Staffing" Business Development field..

Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST Timings)

Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills

Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
