Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage the inside sales representatives team
• Set and track sales targets for your team
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Coordinate with other department projects to meet deadlines
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about sales/service plan
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
• Ensure all policies and procedures are met
• Liaise with Marketing department to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
• Prepare and plan monthly team target reports and share with the reporting manager
• Review the team members reports (weekly, hourly, monthly)
• Candidates should be responsible for individual target

Requirement

We are looking for deserving young candidates with good communication skills and pleasant personalities, who already worked in target-oriented sales and Business Development.

• Minimum 7 years of work experience as an Inside Sales Manager (Financial/Banking sector)
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel and an In-depth understanding of the sales process.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
• Any Graduate or Post Graduate
