Job Details

Designation: Direct Sales Team (Assets) – Private Bank

1) Products to be focused:

· All Retail Loan Products viz. Housing Loan, Car Loan, Mortgage Loan, Educational Loan, Personal Loan, Insta Loan,etc.

2) Roles & Responsibilities:

· Report to Branch head & PBO – Asset(based at DO) responsible for Retail Asset Target of the branch

· Drive Sales of Retail Assets at the branch

· Monitoring and co-ordinate with Processing Team till the closure/disbursement of the loan

· Initiate Tie-up with Builders / Car dealers etc.,

· Achieving the allotted branch retail asset target

· Cross sell of other products relevant to the Asset customers

· Co-ordinate & Report to DO – PBO (Asset) for any support required

· Ensuring Timely supply of product materials, pamphlets, banners as per the requirement

· Sharing the leads generated by the DSA/ME to RO (PBG) for inclusion of the same in the lead master.

· Should keep the details of clients for further following, if 2nd or subsequent visit to the client is required.

· Should know how to sell the Bank Products by pitching the value added futures of each of our products. Get clarified with Ro (PBG) for the customer’s queries relating to Bank products.

· Should go for marketing only in the vicinity of the branch location.

Recruitment Criteria:

a. Any Degree with minimum of 50% marks through regular mode.

b. Age group of 18 – 35 years

c. Fluency in local language with a working knowledge in English

· Own two-wheeler with valid papers.

Products to be focused:

· Training & hand-holding of the DSA-asset’s

Responsibilities:

· Regular training & hand-holding of the DSA-asset’s under him

· 100% activation of DSA-asset’s at the branch & ensure lead generation for the branch

· Hand-holding new incumbents / under performers

· Co-ordinate & Report to DO – PBO (Asset) for any support required

· Ensuring Timely supply of product materials, pamphlets, banners as per the requirement

· Activating all the DSA-asset’s for minimum 2 activities per week and support them for other infrastructure, if any required

· Daily review of DSA-asset’s & corrective measures to be taken for improving the retail asset business.

Recruitment Criteria:

·Preferably MBA graduates or Any Master Degree / B.E / B.Tech with minimum of 50% marks through regular mode.

· Age group of 26 – 45years.

· Min 6years of experience in BFSI industry.

· Own two-wheeler with valid papers.

· Fluency in local language with a working knowledge in English.
