• Engaging in end to end customer service and sales. In a passionate dialogue, on a highly personalized basis and facilitate the selection & acquisition of high-end jewellery, diamonds and collectables of their choice.
• Put forth in style and class the most exquisite collection of diamonds and pepper it with the nuances & subtleness of the collection and help the customer make a informed choice to suit his need.
• Involve the Domain/Product Expert Colleagues and Designer where required to be a part of your dialogue with a discerning customer to customize requirement to suit taste.
• Proactively stay connected to the Customer through various means to evolve and build a long lasting relationship

Desired Candidate Profile

• Required Education/Experience
• 10th / PUC / Graduate with minimum 3 years+ years experience.
• Experience working in Luxury Retail is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
• Target driven and team working capability..
• People Friendly, Charming, Well groomed, Warm, and Sensitive, with ability to connect to people. Ability to store people faces and names will help.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Careful handling high end, expensive products
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and valuing a sense of urgency
