Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for conserving and protecting company assets and inventory by regular stock take of assets and merchandise inventory.

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).

Monitor receipt, storage and return of items to ensure there is no pilferage or damage.

Achieve customer satisfaction through development of a customer service oriented culture in the store.

To provide entrepreneurial insights in planning and managing Store Operations as well as direct and guide the Store Staff in achieving the Sales and Service Plan.

All Staff including the Security and Housekeeping adhere to Uniform standards as per SOP.

To ensure that the Visual Merchandising in the Store is as per guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for candidates experienced in handling large format retail stores Candidates flexible for relocation will be preferred.

Maintaining Store standard level at all times.

Proven successful experience as a retail manager.

Powerful leading skills and business orientation.

Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.

Increased profits through effective sales training and troubleshooting profit loss areas.
