Restaurant Manager

Assists Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.

Ensure a clean and safe work area, complete shift paper work

Responsible for controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team.

Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business.

Restaurant and food service managers plan, organised, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other food and beverage services Restaurant manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the staff and for delivering an exceptional dining experience to the customers.

LIKE Responsible for food and beverage service in all pre-determined service areas To work in co-ordination with the Executive Chef for the development of new menus and menu changes To plan for and schedule manpower, equipment and supply - Raw Material Management.
