Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standard and ensure they are seated comfortably.
Check the entire restaurant before operations for the day to make sure that all furniture and equipment is clean and in working condition and that all supplies are sufficient.
Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
Make sure that tables are reset as soon as the guest leaves and ready for the next seating.
Interact with guests at the table to make them comfortable, build a rapport and obtain feedback; at the same time, do so without imposing himself or being over-solicitous.
Responsible for checking all tables to ensure that service is smooth.

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must meet the age limit for serving alcoholic beverages.
