Roles and Responsibilities

1) Patient Assessment, Initial Patient care, in wards, ICCU, Day care Emergency, to put progress notes.

2) Educating patient about procedure and process.

3) Tracking and Evaluating Clinical Data Analyze records, reports and exam data to help them diagnose patients Condition.

4) Handling patients queries about prescription/medication/treatment plan/investigation reports.

5) Provide the best diagnoses and healthcare treatment plans to patients.

6) Explaining all procedures to patient, as well as all pre-procedure advices to be observed by the patients before procedure.

7). Entering Data & maintaining all Documentation as an physical as well as Soft copy of all possible records & documents (Scan Report/Prescription/Discharge card/investigations etc).

8) Monitoring the clinical services.

9) Accompanying the Consultants in their rounds taking note of the treatment plan.

10 ) Multi-disciplinary meetings, case conference and reviews.

11) Work with other Team members to mutually agreed work schedules and waiting list management processes, in consultation with the Head of Department.
