Requirements & Skills Set:

Must have a Bachelors degree in HR in fact Post-graduate will be preferable.

Should have basic theoretical knowledge/concept of the programming languages such as C, C++, C#, dotnet, php, java, nodejs etc and should be able to gauge candidate competency in terms of knowledge, logic implementation, analytical skills, troubleshooting skills etc.

Should be able to handle senior profiles like Senior Technical Architect, Senior Engineering Manager.

Should keep them updated with the newer technologies available in market

Must have a strong network of recruitment agencies agency/publisher/network planning or ad ops recruitment background to start from

Very advanced written and oral communication skills, recruiting panache, Interviewing skills and employee management skills.

Be extremely results driven, professional, organized, have project management sensibility and astute judgment.

A flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet.

An ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

Knowledge of the internet.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills (with perfect English spelling & grammatical knowledge).
