- The VRM would act as a Relationship Manager for the existing customers and is expected to engage with the customer to build a long term relationship with them.
- Act as the single point of contact for the existing POS (point of sale) agents and create new POS agents to generate business, train on the CoverDrive App and connect with the customers.
- Build business relationships and drive sales through POS agents through assigned leads and referrals - by connecting with them virtually (telecalls).
- Facilitate the POS Agents by sharing benefits offered through the seller app (CoverDrive) and increase their productivity and hence earning capability.
- Use telecalling expertise to generate sales through POS Agent network in assigned cities / areas.
- To connect with existing POS share benefits offered by coverfox to him/her & increase his premium contribution with cover fox upto minimum 50% of his total portfolio
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience of tele sales (1 to 3 years) preferably in general insurance or insurance broking firms.
- Self-driven, motivated, go-getters comfortable with ambiguity and ability to pivot in a fast-paced, evolving business ecosystem.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
