Responsibilities:-
- To identify and acquire relevant customers
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Retention of customers
- To ensure to reach the revenue target. Acquiring new and prospective customers Understanding the requirements of the prospect
- Generate revenues and AUM for the company as per the expectation
- Give high priority service to the customers as per the company processes
- Cross sell of Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance
Basic KRA per month:-
- KYC acquisition number 10
- Minimum margin collection Rs. 2.5 lacs
- Minimum insurance login Rs. 1 lac
- Minimum SIP login 4 with amount of Rs.5000
Requirements:-
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude
- Age should not be greater than 35 years
