Agency Empanelment/Agent Recruitment
- Identify agencies/agents with high business potential to recruit quality agents/Empanelment brokers to drive business
- Provide daily information on club status, update them on new guidelines of the company to generate fresh leads
- Engage in recruitment of some different line of agents to focus on health and non-motor business
- Onboard OEMs / Dealers and Brokers in a timely manner to ensure presence in focus segments / geographies
- Gross Written Premium
- Loss Ratio
Agency Sales Growth
- Define targets for agents on month on month basis to give increase sales numbers
- Monitor agents and brokers business performance to ensure activation
- Providing renewal data on channel on timely basis to maintain renewal retention at desired levels
- Follow up with the channel and broker to timely renew the policies and encourage them increase online renewals
- Assess and consider all kinds of risk to make informed decisions
- Gross Written Premium renewals / retention budget
- Audit Score (Internal and External)
Agent Management & Training
- Interact with agents to nurture relationship for long term business commitment
- Take regular feedback from agents to identify any issues faced and propose solutions
- Conduct product trainings focused on cross selling for agents and brokers, motivate them to achieve targets
- Arrange new product training and product placement details for them to increase product awareness
- Agent/Broker retention

Core experience
3-4 Years of working experience in Insurance sales
