Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively identify opportunities to structure innovative solutions and cross-sell the full range of products tailored to customer needs and requirements and in the process, ensuring increase in the share of wallet.
Revenue generation through cross sell of business and wealth products like Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets etc.
The candidate should be able to Understand the financial products of the company and pitch the same to prospects, engage and guide prospects in documentation.
Ability to create rapport with peers and other units like service/operations, compliance, senior RMs, lending teams etc.
Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored wealth management and investment solutions.
Keyskills - HNI Client Acquisition / Demat / Mutual funds / PMS / cross selling Financial Products / Portfolio Management / Retail Broking.
Complete all mandatory certifications within 90 days of joining the organisation; ensure that the certifications are current and updated; and continuously keep self updated on changes in products, processes and compliance/regulatory norms.
