Role & Responsibilities:
1.Sales Force Capability Development aligned to Organization’s growth Strategy
2.Evolving Region-specific Training Plan
3.Recruitment, Induction & Developmental Plan
4.AM Capability Development
5.Leveraging digital technology in Training & Innovation
6.Collaborate with HO Training team & Regional Stake Holders
Evolving Region Specific Training Plan:
•TNA for every Region
•Understand capability needs of respective region Sales Force & train FF to support Region growth strategy
•Design Region wise Training Plan
•Reach 100% of Sales Team using Digital
•OJT - Field training with identified field force - average of 10 days per month
•Attending Monthly review meetings
•Regional Resource for knowledge & skill updates
•Cluster based Trainings
Recruitment, Induction, Development Plan
•Conduct knowledge tests & validate learning abilities during Recruitment process
•Conduct onboarding
•Train FF to be Subject Matrix Expert & develop to deliver good in-clinic performance
•Conduct Regional BTC & refresher Training once in 3 Months for freshers for a period of 1 year
•Developing Low skilled team
•Developmental Programmes for Top 20% Talent & taking high performing team to next level
•Develop 5 FF Per month by doing 10 days FW/Month
Area Manager Capability Building
•Build existing AM’s Competency to drive Performance
•Build AM’s domain knowledge & skill for current AM Team
•Develop Team Management skills
•Train on process of Feedback Mechanism
•Training on KOL Development
•Drive Coaching Culture
•Develop AM’s for the next Role
Leveraging digital technology in Training & Innovation
Collaborate with HO Training team & Regional Stake Holders
