Job Description:

Accountable for Managing end-to-end All Litigation activities for the Region for entire Retail Assets (BIL, PIL, STUL and STSL) as well as digital. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring 100% adherence to laid out litigation policy, interact with the judiciary, represent ABFL in various courts of law, and timely execution of legal tools to augment collections recovery including notices,

• To handle date to date cases arising out of various disputes, collection activity in their respective regions.

• To handle arbitration matters and its proceedings and to represent the company before various forums and also the Police Department if required.

• To coordinate with law firms, advocates and counsels with respect to the litigation for and against the company.
