Job Purpose
Achieve defined business targets by building and managing customer relationships. Overall responsibility to generate regional demand and grow respi devices portfolio sales. Ensure running of service mechanism. Generating a revenue of 50-60lacs per annum and growing along with portfolio expansion.

I. Lead generation for potential customer and achieve sales budget of region

II. Manage external customers to ensure business development through support generally aiming at developing and implementing business growth opportunities

III. Ensure suitable learning and recognition through different interventions for the teams to drive high performance and meet targets/mission.

IV. Servicing and Maintenance management
Key Accountabilities (5/5)
V. Reporting & Governance on Post Sales Services and Customer Management
VI. Control & monitor team performance towards compliance and ethical working by engaging the team and tracking their performance
VII. Ensure business hygiene, ensure profitability and explore new opportunities
Relevant Work Experience
- Should have minimum 8 yrs experience in diagnostic or devices industry
- Should have minimum 3 yrs. experience as a manager
- Exposure to minimum 3 states in South India
- Business Volume : 1.5 Cr to 2 Cr per annum

Education Qualification
Graduate preferably with science background
