Recruiter: 3 to 5 years of International Voice Process experience

Acquire knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) as per the training calendar defined for the client.

Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements.

Handle critical and higher difficult client request.

Escalate non-compliance issues of process/procedures as per protocol.

Acting as SME and must have deep understanding of RCA & Audit process.

Basic Eligibility Criteria for above positions:

Mandate -Min. Qualification: Graduation (Non-Technical).
Excellent Communication skills.
Comfortable with Night Shifts.
Relevant work experience as per the role.
