Job Details
  • Maintain daily attendance Register of all employees.
  • Arrange food / Snacks / and transportation for Clients and Employees.
  • Attending phone calls (Extension + Mobile)
  • Maintaining inventory of Stationery and other office stuff .
  • Handling Petty Cash / submission of vouchers / bills for reimbursement.
  • Coordinate with HR for interviews as and when candidates walk-in .
  • Provide Administrative support to all employees on a daily basis.
  • Any other work as given by President / Directors / Managers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduation degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
