- Maintain daily attendance Register of all employees.
- Arrange food / Snacks / and transportation for Clients and Employees.
- Attending phone calls (Extension + Mobile)
- Maintaining inventory of Stationery and other office stuff .
- Handling Petty Cash / submission of vouchers / bills for reimbursement.
- Coordinate with HR for interviews as and when candidates walk-in .
- Provide Administrative support to all employees on a daily basis.
- Any other work as given by President / Directors / Managers.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
