Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Manager:
- Schedule and conduct weekly Sales Meetings
- Report on Sales activities to Senior Management.
- Reaching the Targets and Goals set.
- Design and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies in line with the Company's Business Objectives.
- Setting individual Sales Targets with the Sales Team & manage the team.
- Compiling and analysing Sales Figures.
- Keeping up to date with Projects and Competitors.
- Deliver Sales Numbers as per Business Plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing.
- Support the team for effective deal Closure.
- Oversee the response to the queries of the prospective customers.
- Must be a Dynamic and aggressive person with Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must have good team handling skills.
- Must be able to train, motivate, and mentor his team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min 3-4 years of Experience in sales.
- Interested to work for Real Estate industry.
- Should be willing to work on weekends.
- Any Graduations is must.
- Experience in Real Estate Sales is an added Advantage.
KEY SKILLS: Selling and Negotiating skills,Demonstration and Presentation Skills,Motivation Skills and Making Skills ,Problem solving skills,Strong Client Management
Experience: Required experience for the above 3 positions, starting from 0-8 Years.
Education Qualification: Diploma (Required), Graduation (Preferred).
Languages are Known: Telugu (Mandatory), English (Required), Hindi (Preferred).
