Profile for Manager Electronics

Required for a MSME Engineering company on a fast growth path.

Products to be independently handled include Analogue electronics, Switching power supplies, RF communication, Embedded system.

a) Educational qualification: Degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering.

b) Candidates with Post graduation will be preferred.

c) Experience: Minimum 10 years in design and manufacture for various products as above. At least 5 years as lead Engineer.

d) Working knowledge of requirements to meet various national & international standards (IS/IEC/EN) such IEC 60571, EN 50155, IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-3, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC & 61000-4-5.

e) Successful candidate will be responsible for design of Analogue Control electronics, Power electronics, Thermal management & Housing.

f) Experience in design of UHF and VHF communication systems.

g) In depth knowledge of programming 8 bit, 16 bit, 32 bit and ARM micro controller in C & Embedded C. Should have designed systems based on these.

h) Experience on LINUX OS, Embedded OS or RTOS will be preferred.

i) Experience on Code composure studio, E2E studio, Code warrior IDE, IAR’s IDE and Keil IDE.

j) Knowledge of designing of protection of converter from line disturbance and surges.

k) Candidates in experience in designing systems & sub-systems for military application will be preferred.

l) Capable of generating commensurate documentation such as Production package, Test procedure and manufacturing process using good industry practices.

m) Capable of designing internal test plans for various sub-assemblies.

n) Shall have hand on experience in third party certification of the produces such as ETDC, CPRI, TUV etc.

o) Should be capable of carrying Supplier Audit and guide them to ensure quality product manufacture.

p) Capable of identifying suppliers for electronic components.

q) Capable of supporting QA team in handling production and customer quality complains. Capable of investigating and identifying cause of failure and implementing corrective action plan.

r) Ability for formulate Check list and Work Procedure for Inspection of various products and sub-assemblies.

s) Design of jigs and fixtures for products and sub-assemblies of various products for fast turnaround an ease of production.

t) Proficiency in both Spoken and written English.

u) Age Group: 32 ~ 40 Years. Age bar will not be a limiting factor.
